How is this software different from similar tools?
Statistical tools exist that can be used to determine if features are differentially expressed between populations (i.e. z-score, K-S test) or to cluster data points into discrete populations (i.e. k-means clustering, SPADE, Citrus). However, no tool exists to quantify the extent to which each feature is most uniquely expressed, or specifically enriched, on each population.
